This is not one branded platform but four kinds of health work, grouped together because they answer the same question: what does a community need that it cannot buy?

Sight. Through the ACT4Vision initiative, 55 cataract surgeries restored sight and independence for patients at Jaffna Teaching Hospital in Sri Lanka.

Hospital equipment. The Institute of Neonatology in Serbia is the country's only specialised institution for premature babies and newborns with serious conditions. After an ACT Serbia volunteer and board member, Anita, saw its working conditions firsthand, the “For the Tiniest Heroes” campaign delivered computer equipment, a pulse oximeter and a patient monitor across two phases by August 2025.

Clean water. Two wells were completed in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka, bringing reliable water to families who had been carrying it; an earlier well serves a community of around 75 people.

Blood. Every August, on the anniversary of Ammu's death, ACT teams give blood. Drives across the United States collected 106 units in 2025.
