ACT USA has planted over 2,000 fruit and nut trees since the Fruit Tree Plantation Drive began in 2021.
The team mostly plants 5–6 ft trees and partners with state, municipal and local governments and nonprofit organisations, ensuring good aftercare so that the fruit will benefit the general population for years to come. Planting on that scale depends on grant funding: the 2023 drive ran on a single grant.
