The sanctuaries in Ontario and Quebec

Farm sanctuaries and a primate rescue, fed year-round rather than at Christmas.

ACT Canada donated 1,420.5 kilograms of food for animals last year across Farmhouse Garden Animal Home Sanctuary in Uxbridge, Fur-Ever Farm Canada in Mono, and the Fauna Foundation in Quebec — plus wildlife feeding in Amaranth.

Sanctuary animals do not have a season. The feeding is year-round, and so is the cost.
